Requirements

For sunscreen and avoiding injury,

Please prepare Long sleeve shirts, Half pants with long tights underneath, which should be easy dry material.

 

And a hat.

Water bottle.

 

Occasionally Sunglasses with leash and Rain wear. Sandals are useful on the day.
